La Cà dal Sol is an elegant villa in the heart of a delightful medieval village 5 minutes from the village of Bagnone where you can find shops and excellent restaurants and in less than an hour you can easily reach both Versilia and Cinque Terre.

 

If you want to stay nearby, there is the opportunity to try to immerse yourself in the fresh waters of the Bagnone River, or take walks in the woods around the valley on foot or by mountain biking. Everywhere you'll find courtesy and hospitality.

The House is arranged on two levels, communicating internally and includes: on the first floor a kitchen equipped with dining area, open to the beautiful frescoed living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace.
From this living room you can directly access the large panoramic terrace where you can admire the Apuan Alps and so much greenery, which makes the stay, in full relaxation.
On the same level we find 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pantry and the stairwell that leads directly to the ground floor.

Here we find an additional equipped kitchen that has access to the porch where there is a large table and bbq area; the dining room, the living room with barrel ceilings with characteristic exposed bricks, a double bedroom with arch ceiling, a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with puff for another guest and another bathroom with shower.
The exterior includes a large sunbathing area equipped with 11 sun loungers, tables and umbrellas with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a large and panoramic relaxation area with jacuzzi.

Fabio, the owner, preserved many original features of the villa that belonged to the great-grandfather Giuseppe and dates back to the mid-1800s, which ended in the 1920s, where among other things, a Carrara marble sculpture, depicting the Holy Family, dated 1927.

There are still precious original floors, exposed stone walls, and barrel vaults. Fabio has embellished the villa making it more contemporary and equipping it with eco green systems for the comfort of his guests. It has mosquito nets and air conditioners on the first floor, while the ground floor naturally preserves the cool inside, always with mosquito nets.
The jacuzzi has 5 seats and offers several functions including colorful lights for the evening and bluetooth system to listen to your own preferita music.
