La Luna Piena is a large villa with pool, sea view, adjacent river with waterfalls and ruins of an ancient mill to explore and olive groves. It hosts up to 10 people plus a baby. It is set in the green hills between the famous medieval village of Fosdinovo with its castle and the hamlet of Canepari. It is private and has got all the comforts including outside dining space under the kiwi pergula. The sunsets over the sea and the sounds of nature add magic and are perfect to relax.

The accommodation is spread over three floors and consists of a newly fitted kitchen, living room with smart TV, five double bedrooms, one with a baby bed, 3 bathrooms with shower and a study.

The outside area features a spacious, covered dining area which is conveniently located just outside of the kitchen and contains a large state-of-the-art Weber gas BBQ. Closer to the pool you will find a kiwi tree covered pergola hosting a further dining table and chairs overlooking the expansive property which includes access to a small stream and waterfall as well as ruins of an ancient stone mill. Stunning views from the property capture the deep blue of the Mediterranean sea, spectacular sunsets, endless rolling hills and glimpses of small traditional hamlets which dot the landscape.

Out of sight, you will find a spacious private parking area. To the back of the house two tiled terraces offer guests an opportunity to pursue yoga or other floor based exercises. The house is private and not overlooked.

Whilst the property does not include air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with an electric fan and extendable mosquito nets cover all of its windows. Due to its location upon a hill, the property benefits from a cooling breeze all year round.
