Casa Giacinta is a typical Medieval semi-detached house set in a characteristic village, with 2 bedrooms, garden and wooden above ground swimming pool.

Set on two floors, this typical semi-detached house has a basic but well equipped kitchen with dining table and fireplace, utility room, sitting and living area all on the ground floor; stairs lead on the upper level to the double bedroom with lovely terrace, bathroom with shower and additional twin bedroom with 2 sigle beds with terrace with view over the valley.

Casa Giacinta has a lovely outside area with a flat garden with bbq, sunbeds and wooden above ground octagonal swimming pool (3.50 mt diameter).

The pool is currently under construction and its installation will be completed by the end of March. Photos will be uploaded once the work will be terminated.

The village of Iera has many option to offer for your holiday: the river close by has cristal clear water perfect to swim in during the hot summer days; many trekking paths start from this ancient village to beautiful forests and hamlets.
